Kuala Lumpur has a very lively food scene, whether it is street food or high class food you can find it in KL. But you really don’t know what you are missing out if you go to KL and not attempt to enjoy their street food. Well, not just because you are missing out on good food, but because street food is dying in KL. If you imagine street food as a stall at the road side, like those in Jakarta, then you are in for disappointment.

Kuala Lumpur street food nowadays is much cleaner than in the past. While on the street, most KL hawkers now have proper shopfronts to hawk their wares instead of a pushcart sort of stall.
