.snaps. A Bloody Glaswegian Story, The Cathedral and the Cemetery

.snaps. is a series focused on revisiting places that I had previously visited. Here, I will only snap and post pictures without any texts of places that I have previously described. In these pictures I try to capture the soul and activity of a place in snapshots. Today I cover the Glasgow Cathedral and the Necropolis on the hill. Scotland’s Christian history is filled with passion, politics and power and while most of the stories are found in Edinburgh, Glasgow too has seen its far share of this drama – the Cathedral and the nearby Necropolis being perhaps the centre of all these stories in the city.
